- Order Type & Processing Time ‑ In‑stock items: Process within 2‑5 business days. ‑ Pre‑order / Custom‑size armor & helmet: Processing time is shown on each product page, generally 15‑25 business days. Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time.
- Shipping Methods We ship worldwide. Main shipping carriers include DHL, UPS and tracked postal service. Estimated transit time: ‑ US & Canada: 5‑12 business days ‑ European countries: 7‑14 business days ‑ Other regions: 10‑20 business days Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed, which may be affected by customs, peak season and weather.
- Customs & Import Tax Buyers are fully responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees of your destination country. We cannot predict or cover local customs charges.
- Undeliverable & Returned Parcels If parcels are returned to us due to wrong address, recipient refusal or customs clearance failure, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
